Terms & Conditions

Written for this store and current as of the date above, but not reviewed by a solicitor. Anything still shown in blue needs your input before you rely on it.

These terms govern your use of illunation.store and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before buying.

1. Who we are

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot take payment, or if the listing contained a pricing or description error.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. We sell and deliver to United Kingdom addresses only, and UK delivery is free. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but printed colour can differ from what you see on screen — a screen is backlit and fabric is not.

3. Our products

Everything we sell is a physical item, printed to order in the United Kingdom. For these items:

• Your cushion is printed, filled and finished only after you order it. Allow 2–4 working days for production, then 2–3 working days for delivery.
• Each one is made individually, so small variations in print position and colour from one cushion to the next are normal and are not a fault.
• Covers are machine washable at 30°C. Wash inside out, do not tumble dry, and do not iron directly onto the print.
• Buying a cushion gives you the cushion. It does not give you any right to reproduce, resell or license the artwork printed on it.
• Sizes are given as a nominal inch measurement with the metric equivalent. Finished dimensions can vary by a few millimetres.

4. Commissions

Commissioned work is quoted individually and confirmed in writing before it begins. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:

• A deposit of [PERCENTAGE]% is payable up front and is non-refundable once work has started.
• The quoted price covers the revision rounds stated in the quote; further revisions are charged at [HOURLY RATE].
• You receive the rights set out in the quote. We retain the right to show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
• Final files are released once the balance is paid.

5. Payment

Payments are handled by our payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Your payment is subject to their terms as well as ours.

6. Delivery and returns

We deliver to UK addresses only, and UK delivery is free. Orders are printed and dispatched by our UK print partner, Prodigi, and sent on by Royal Mail or a courier. Cancellation rights and returns are covered in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, text and images on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a product does not transfer copyright unless we say so in writing. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute our artwork without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in a way that could damage or disrupt it.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
